At Athene Arcana we ship to almost everywhere.

We are based in the UK and currently post twice a week. We use the Royal Mail as our postal service of choice.

International deliveries are sent out using the standard international airmail option THERE IS NO TRACKING WITH STANDARD SHIPPING, tracked is available if you choose to pay for the upgrade.

***To repeat, shipping is standard mail, if you would like tracking, please choose the postal upgrade. All shipping options only take effect after the preparation and packaging time (3-5 days). Under normal conditions, most of the time international shipments arrive within the Royal Mail stated delivery times, however deliveries can often take up to 4 weeks.

Due to COVID19, the above delivery estimates are not guarantee's. There are significant delays to the entire global postal system and while not all orders experience a delay, when a delay occurs, it can be severe and a delivery time of 2 and half months is entirely possible. Because of these COVID19 related delays, no parcel will be considered lost until 2 and a half months have passed since shipping.

Please be aware, that while I do everything possible from my side to ensure your shipping arrives in stated times, once your order leaves my hands and enters the postal system, I no longer have any control over the process. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.***

Customs fees, duties and import taxes:
We are based in the UK. If you are from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to check the requirements for import tax, fees and any applicable duties. It is your responsibility to pay these if they are applied to your order with your customs agency.
